Course Update 2017

NEW in 2017 BoardMatch Leaders is now a ONE DAY in-person course with supplementary e -learning resources.

The training session will orient learners to key roles, responsibilities and best practices in governance so that you will:

  • Know what to expect when you join a board – including when you attend your first board meeting
  • Become an effective board member and participate in asking questions and making collective decisions
  • Understand the Governance as Leadership framework – i.e. fiduciary, strategic and generative modes of governance
