We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Robert Lewocz as the new Executive Director of Altruvest.
Robert is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in strategy, brand development, and purpose-driven innovation. His unique ability to bridge business objectives with mission-led impact makes him a powerful addition to our team. Throughout his career, Robert has guided organizations through transformation and growth – always with community outcomes at the forefront.
In his new role, Robert will lead Altruvest’s efforts to expand leadership capacity and strengthen board governance across Canada’s charitable sector. His approach to systems-level change, stakeholder engagement, and leadership excellence deeply aligns with our mission: empowering charities by investing in strong, skilled leaders.
Robert’s career spans senior roles across consulting, marketing, technology, and social innovation. He has advised national brands, supported emerging initiatives, and co-founded ventures like 3rd State, which focuses on unlocking the potential of the longevity economy. His experience in both the private and non-profit sectors underscores his belief in the power of cross-sector collaboration to drive meaningful change.
