Altruvest Charitable Services, a national charity dedicated to strengthening nonprofit capacity through its BoardMatch™ and BoardMatch™ Leaders programs, today announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Mark Attard, CEO of Stimulus; Alex Teijeira, Founder of Ahead Management Consulting; and Lisa Woznica, Principal Director at Accenture.
The addition of Attard, Teijeira, and Woznica brings a wealth of executive leadership, entrepreneurial, and strategic planning experience to Altruvest’s board, further strengthening the organization’s capacity to advance its mission of connecting skilled corporate professionals with nonprofit boards across Canada.

Mark Attard, CEO of Stimulus, brings extensive executive leadership experience to the board, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence propelling meaningful change that help organizations reach their full potential.
Alex Teijeira, Founder of Ahead Management Consulting, brings an entrepreneurial perspective and deep expertise in executive leadership, governance, organizational transformation, succession planning, and talent strategy.
Lisa Woznica, Principal Director at Accenture, contributes significant experience in strategic planning and customer experience transformation gained through her work with several of the world’s leading global consulting firms, as well as her client-side executive leadership.
