We had a full house at our Donor and Community Appreciation event in December!
Thank you to everyone who came out to support us – we couldn’t do what we do without you. And to those who were unable to attend we hope to connect with you in the near future.
It was wonderful to catch up with our corporate sponsors, donors, charity partners, and volunteers who share our passion for building stronger communities by building stronger boards.
We were also thrilled to introduce some of our newest team members and share our plans for future expansion of our board member training and matching programs across Canada and into the US.

Our future expansion plans
Technology has enabled us to think on a global scale, so we were proud to share our plans for future growth to take us far beyond the Greater Toronto Area where we started. We are planning to expand our operations across Canada, starting with Vancouver this year, and later to other cities in Canada and the US.
We are currently upgrading our BoardMatch™ software – both the matching and training components – to make it much more user-friendly and resilient as we scale up and bring our best practices to many more communities.
Here is a recap of the ways you can support us and how you can get involved
If you want to join us in our mission, there are various ways to get involved!
Corporate sponsors can show their support by funding 2-25 leaders to participate in our BoardMatch Leaders Program.
Join our Toronto Advisory Board
Make a donation. We gratefully accept donations of any size to help fund our technology.
Introduce us to Charities we can support that are interested in becoming beta users for the new platform.
Become a volunteer. Whether you are interested in helping with fundraising, product/design, marketing, charity support, and/or corporate outreach we have a volunteer position for you.
Thank you for your dedication and appreciate all your help! If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Us.
“A couple years ago we received notice that a few of our board members were stepping down. We didn’t have a recruitment strategy and we were in need of a solution. We went to BoardMatch and as a result, we quickly and effectively ended up with a roster of qualified individuals of various backgrounds interested in board positions. I am proud to share that we brought on four new board members as a result.”
- Wendy Rading, Executive Director, Arts Etobicoke
